Preserve Scroll Position and Cursor Focus in Knowledge Base Pages

Problem:

When switching between tabs or reopening a page in the knowledge base, ABLE does not retain scroll position or cursor location.
This forces users to manually find where they left off, breaking flow and increasing cognitive load — especially on long or structured pages.
