Overview

ABLE is available for macOS and Windows, offering a streamlined way to organize your knowledge base. Currently, Linux, browsers, and mobile devices are not supported. This guide walks you through the installation process, app updates, and login instructions.

Installing ABLE

Install on Windows

1. Download the installer from the link provided during onboarding.

2. Open the installation file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Launch ABLE like any other application.

Install on macOS

1. Download the installer from the link provided during onboarding.

2. Open the installation file.

3. Drag the ABLE icon to the Applications folder in the installation window.

4. Launch ABLE from your Applications folder.

Login

After signing up for the onboarding session, we will manually register your email. Once you receive the download link, simply enter the email you used for signup. No password is required at this time.

App updates

When a new update is available, ABLE will notify you with a prompt:

• Update Immediately: Click Restart to install the update and relaunch the app.

• Missed the Prompt? If you accidentally close the update notification, restart the app to see the update prompt again.

Tips and Best Practices

• Keep the Installer Handy: Save the downloaded installer for future use.

• Use the Same Email: Always log in with the email registered during onboarding to avoid issues.
